People in local communities face many challenges, especially those areas with multiple deprivation.
We work with people and organisations at a local level to help access opportunities and funding that helps local people to reconnect and progress in ways that interest them, gain access to qualifications, support for employability and offer potential to become more involved in social and economic activities.
Each situation, community and person is different. However our approach works. We deliver a person-centred, place-based model of support that gives practical help to people, working with partners to deliver personal outcomes and social impacts.
Collaboration, partnership and improvement are at the heart of how we engage, involve and deliver.
We work with local people, responding to their needs and informed by stakeholder priorities. Our work is inclusive in approach and delivery drawing on our years of experience assisting with Education, Training, Routes to Skills and Employability, Motivating and Raising Aspirations.
We work with local community groups and sports organisations, including football clubs, harnessing the Power of Football and Sport to open access to new opportunities and experiences that improve lives. This also leaves a sustainable legacy for future development in local communities.
